LIMITED WARRANTY
The Trust Material Handling Inc.( “Trust “ ) warrants to the original purchaser of this product, that it is free from defects in materials and workmanship. Trust reserves the right to repair or replace warranty products and does not include any charges for removal, re-installation, or incidental or consequential damages. Users are responsible for the suitability of the products to their application.
Expiration:
This warranty and any implied warranties shall expire one (1) year from the date of delivery date.
Exceptions:
There is no warranty against damages resulting from shipment (please see remark below), corrosion, misapplication, improper specifications or other operating conditions,repaired or modified or used with other matching products incompatible with the Ye-In product or which adversely affect its performance or durability.
Claim Procedure:
1) Immediately mail to Trust upon discovery of any apparent defect, describing such defect with proof of purchase .Please provide us with the quantity, part number, order number and pictures.
2) If a return was necessary we will be happy to assist you in providing a Return Goods Authorization Number – RGA#., assigned by Trust Material Handling Inc. before any products may be returned. NO product shall be returned until authorized by the Seller.
3)RGA# must be shown on the packing list before the return will be accepted. Returns must be made freight pre-paid to: Trust Material Handling Inc. No.221,Sec. 1,Jhongshan Rd.Dajia Dist.,Taichung City 43750 (or unless advised otherwise)
Remarks:
-Basically, our price is based on FOB (Taiwan) term, we only take responsibility
for the shipment damages before leaving Taiwan.
Unless, the buyer asked us to do CIF Term ( Seller assumes liability for losses in shipment damages ).

Discrepancies to be reported upon receipt of goods, The Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, Including any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and the seller assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it, Any liability in connection with the sale of this merchandise.
